Six new COVID-19 cases in Queensland

Six more Queenslanders have been diagnosed with COVID-19, a day after the state reported zero new cases.

It brings the total number of cases to 1,024, with more than 83,000 people tested across the state.

The doubling of cases has significantly slowed after previously peaking at just under three days.
